Medical Check up after receiving ITA

I have just received my ITA document asking me to submit my application along with documents etc. However I am confused about when to get the medical examination done for myself, wife and daughter. Should i get the medical done upfront. In that case does anyone have any experience in Delhi in getting medical from Panchseel or Shantiniketan hospitals as mentioned in the list on cic website. Please suggest who is the best doctor to approach in Delhi for the medical.
Also what all do the doctors check as part of the checkup.
