Medical changed from Passed to Not needed at this time; bkg from IP to NotNeeded

Hi Guys..something weird happened with my application today. The medical went from Passed to Not needed at this time.
My medicals expire on Aug 18 2016 (was done on Aug 18 2015)

My timeline
AOR: Jan 28 2016
Meds Passed: Feb 2nd
RPRF: Apr 26 paid same day
Background Check: From Not started to In Progress on Jun 22
Background Check: In Progress to Not Needed At this time on July 5
Medical: Passed to Not Needed At this time on July 6

Has anyone had this experience before? What could be coming my way?

My educated guess only:

your medical needs to be valid at time of landing. Hence they need to reissue MR and you need to redo medical before they issue you the visa/CoPR

He got PPR in october...
My guess is he prolly went through another ME.
When is your ME going to expire?

Well, just wait and see what game CIC is playing.
Most likely you will not need another ME since April is 3 months away.
