Medical change after CORP

Dears,

I have an urgent question please I have a friendof mine who got his CORP and flight booked for his departure on May but he knew last weekthat he got diabet he is very worried as he didn’t inform IRCC yet he is afraid of getting a medical screening or CORP canceled while his flight is already paid and the info came after fact

He was thinking also about bringing his medecins and all doctors reports and analysis to justify but afraid of getting rejected after landing and showing that stuff

Any idea on what to do and what is the best option please ?

1) tell him not to be an idiot and try to bribe anyone.
2) he has already passed the medical, and diabetes is not a public health issue. There is no real reason for landing to be compromised.

For point 1 sorry typo corrected wasn’t talking about bribing but bringing

Point 2 so he should come directly and speak to the immigration officer? Or should she call them before landing ? The fact is that when he passed medicals he had nothing

2) in my opinion, there is no requirement to inform anyone. There are no public safety or excessive demand concerns. Just complete the landing as normal.
