Medical Call- Work Permit on the bases of Spouse Work Permit

Hello Folks,

I have one query regarding Work Permit Application on the bases of spouse work permit.

I have submit my application on Sep-22-2013 03:32:11 AM EDT
and received Medical Examination on Sep-22-2013 11:43:06 PM EDT (Same Day, and Sunday)

I applied for work permit from Pakistan. Do any one have got call too early as i received.
