Medical and Police record for Pakistani

my question is that CIC mention that if you are Pakistani National so you have to do medical of all your family member either they are going with you or not also same for police certificate so my question is all family member mean my family like my brothers sisters father and mother or my kids like son and daughter?
also for Pakistani national i have to do medical before submitting my PR case or when they required?

If your aplication is spousal then before submitting otherwise when asked from chc.

just you and persons who will accompany you to Canada.And if you have dependents like kids wether going or not they have to go through medicals.Not your brother or sisters.
