Medical and Police in USA

Hello Guys

i need some information on below points

I am in USA and I already file Canada PR file on my wife name.

My wife is in india and i am in USA.

so for medical and police clearance how can i do in USA with my file number. as my wife will complete her process in INdia. but i have to do same thing in USA

so guide me process steps and charges details if any one have idea
