Nothing to worry. Probably some problem in the Xray visibility and they want you to retake it.
Happened in my case too.
Call the medical center where you had your medical done.
They will tell you what additional information has been requested by CIC.

so I went to the physician and my xrays shows a small nodule in lung and they want the prognosis . management as well to test me for TB.

Went for CT scan last Oct 14 and they found out that this nodule is around 0.5 x 0.7 cm (5mm x 7mm) , seems to grow in size since my last CRT in 2014 , 3 yrs ago , which the report says is not recognizable in CT scan. However, the lung nodule seems to be on the same spot and because it is very small , it is indeterminate , meaning the size of it will not tell whether it is benign or malignant. Biopsy is not recommended yet because of the size of the nodule. My chest specialist is not concerned either as I am still 34 years old , non smoker and will just recommend to go for regular CT scans. All my blood tests for cancer markers indicate no issues.

As for the TB , CIC requires to have another repeat chest x-rays inn 3 mos time and a sputum test. The sputum test is currently ongoing while I have to wait for another x-ray in January
My specialist already give me a Tuberculin skin test, tested negative for any exposure to TB.

If there is any case similar as mine, appreciate if you could share your experience and what is the outcome.

I am confident that I dont have any TB, but my only concern is for the nodules which the prognosis per reports point tme to just undergo regular CT screenings to determine stability of that nodule.

Thank you.
Mac

I submit my apps in sept. 09 then I received the email in sept 23 some information required. I've talked to my panel physician and he said that they submit my xtray in sept. 24. He showed me my xtray in june 18 and sept 19. He said my lungs are stable but the consulate requesting me to do again the xtray on dec 20. To make it sure for the stability of my lungs. Is it the ircc still to wait until I do my xtray again on dec 20 if so then it really doesnt make sense my sputum and genexpert test result if they don't consider it that my result was negative... thank you in advance. Can you share your experienced with me.

Are you sure the procedural fairness letter is related to a medical condition? Does your sister have health issues? Could be further TB testing or hep B. Could this be a DNA test?

This was the email we received. My sister had a cough and UTI before she did her medical. I’m wondering if it relates to that, if she needs to redo either xray or urine.

Hard to say. If she had a UTI yes it would be important to make sure there are no other serious bladder or kidney issues since UTIs are not very common in elementary school aged children. This case is unusual since your parents are trying to sponsor a child born through an affair who was not declared. It is a new pilot program so not many cases posted on the forum.

HI yes, I think in your case , you may need to that again as IRCC needs to ensure that everything is fine. I do not think that IRCC will approve the application until they are satisfied. In my case, all my xrays are stable after three months and they have approved it after. Just go for that x-ray hope for the best that they are still stable . This is better than a rejected application so good luck!

well, just go the physician first as instructed, and the physician will advise the next steps.
