ALL Panel Physician will accept Cash. Verify before you go for medical. Also Fees is different as well depending on where you are going. It varies between 180 to 300$

I thought batman pays 200K tax a year :p

It's normal when you get to high tax bracket; Like earning 90K a year, the marginal rate is crazy.

pretty much they all the same . except prices some of them would charge you 150 and some would charge you 282 for the same stuff

All medically necessary stuff is covered by Canadian Healthcare. Since medical exam for immigration is not medically necessary, it is not covered.
