Meaning of status Application Received But No AOR yet.

Hi,

Can any body tell me what is the meaning of application status " Application Received " ?

Please note that , I haven;t received my AOR number yet. But through Client Id, I can see in ecase my status as "Application received"

Does this means intial completness check done ?
