I'm a Brazilian physician preparing to immigrate to Canada. As part of the process, I've applied to SVR thought PhysiciansApply in order to request my ECA. However, my Medical Degree verification is stuck with ECFMG for a long time now. The verification status was updated to "Received by ECFMG" on Aug 21st. However, the deadline of 5 days informed on the MCC website has passed and to date, the status wasn't updated yet to "Sent for source verification".
I tried to contact MCC and even ECFMG directly to be sure whether there are any issues with my documents but had not a definitive reply until now. Is anyone there experiencing similar problems?
