My wife is a doctor. She wants to apply as the primary applicant. Here Scenario is like this
1. She received here ECA from MCC for MBBS.
2. She finished her PhD from Australia in August 2019. Now my question is, can she get an extra point for PhD. If so, from where she can get her ECA for PhD. MCC may not process ECA for PhD. If we get ECA from a different one ie WES, will it be acceptable to the department if the occupation is Physician? Her PhD major is Primary Mental Health, you can say public health.
Another question:
Her Physician Jobs are fragmented with three employers. So we need to organize documents from three organization. But as she was on full scholarship for her PhD study, can we show her PhD study as work in the NOC: Health policy researcher category. Her supervisor agreed to provide an experience certificate. We also can show bank statement fo receiving a salary in the form of scholarship. In that case, will she receive point for her PhD as well?
