hello i need help any one plz guide, i am mbbs doctor in pakistan, i have all required documentation , ielts 6.5 each band 6.5 overall , now my query is if i want to get only PR of canada but i dont want to do medical practice right now in canada i only need PR of canada. which category should i apply in express entry . plz guide me if i select ontario or saskatchewan what options i should choose to get canada PR.

got my medical degrees verified through medical council canada got the report also
my sister is citizen of canada.
