Because i need a job and it is very important to me, One of my friend is sponsoring me, i have to return him the amount as early as i succeeded in getting the job.

I am giving my profile details, which may help you to understand better:

2. Diploma in mechanical engineering -83% - year 2006
3. B-Tech in Information Technology(IT) - 69% (1- Backlog and cleared- and subject is not related to IT,it is related to Electronics & Comm).
(Directly got into 2 year of engineering through later entry process) - year 2009
4. Later I got job in IT industry as Software manual tester, and i had 5 Y 8 Months experience (Genuine).
5. Current salary - 9.5 Lakhs Rupees /annum
6. I got ILETS- 6.5 (All above 6)

I don't have that much real time knowledge in programming languages and have interest in management subjects. But my main priorities are after studies i need a job and 3 years time to work permit.

Please suggest me which stream is better to have good career opportunities in future ?

I am expecting your guidance (or) help regarding this. Thanks in Advance.

A Masters will give you much better opportunities in Canada than a PG Diploma.

What are the job opportunities for MBA when compere with Masters.
If you do a diploma, there are high chances of visa rejections since your work experience would have given you more knowledge than a PG Diploma. That is you will not learn anything new in a diploma. Also you will not have convincing points to justify that the Diploma will help your career progression.

Since you are from IT domain, look for Masters in British Columbia, Quebec(If you know French), Ontario region. MSc/MEng in computers is a good option.

For an MBA you have to get a GMAT of 600 and a minimum IELTS of 7 (in all sections ther shud be no scores below 7, IELTS cutoff for MBA is generally higher than that for technical masters) to get good universities in Canada.

With regard to Jobs IT and technical have loads of demand. Lot of IT jobs are there in the provinces i listed. Management jobs are little tough as they obviously prefer canadian people in management.

Hi Kartz - i need one more clarity.

As you said Masters has more edge than MBA in getting jobs after completion of course. But what about visa, did visa person will get satisfied when i said i am going to do masters after 5+ years of experience.? Please clarify

Absolutely, for the visa you have to submit a SOP. The SOP has to explain your intent of doing the course and how it can help your career progression. A masters course content has lot more value than a PG Diploma. Also you will be specializing in a masters eg: MS in software engg, MS in networking etc. (i don't know much about computer science domain). You can relate your work exp to a masters course and point out topics/subjects where you need more knowledge. This can help you make a convincing SOP.

Also a university category visa has high success rates, you will get it in less than 15 days if you apply with all the right documents.

To get a better idea of ground realities, pls check this thread by a student pursuing his diploma. Though its a personal opinion this is the majority voice.
