Basically your MBA Finance degree if assessed as from a recognized institution in Pakistan and is equivalent to Canadian master degree, you will get 126 points (with spouse) or 135 (without spouse). Assessment is done by organizations approved by CIC only (e.g. WES). As for IELTS, you may want to translate it to Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level using this guide http://www.ieltsessentials.com/clb/index.html. Finance will just need to be enough to meet minimum proof of funds (see more here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp) and a couple of smaller amounts for application fee and visa processing fee.
In the case that finance is not a problem, investment may be the way to go. In this case, other criteria (degree, language, etc.) will become much less important and the process is much less painful. See more choices here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp.
