MBA Fees in offer letter..... How much should i present to to obtain the visa??

hi friends,
here are the financial breakdown that i have been admitted to, this is in the acceptance letter. please help me on deciding how much money should i show to the embassy to be considered for the study permit.

Total Fee for the MBA = $ 29,500

MBA Application fee $150 PAID
First MBA installment $10,000 PAID
Management foundation $4954
Second MBA installment $10,479
Extended health & dental $245
Final MBA installment $9500

1. You have to show sufficient funds for the 1st year fees of the MBA and 10K for 1 years living expenses for a single, 14K for a couple.
