I need some help please.
I know someone that has applied for Permanent Residency (in September 2016 - 33 month processing time currently).
His son has recently graduated High School and would like to work. His study permit expires soon so we would like to know what his options are.
Does he need to get an LMIA to apply for a job? Can he get an open work permit?
Or what advice can people please give me?
