May intake plz help

Hey,I done my 12th in arts(humanities) stream in 2016 and done PTE and scored 64 not less than 60 and I was refused from Canada previously and reason was that you will not stay temporarily in Canada and now I applied again in AOL collage which is private clg and I applied on 9th of April Online and given biomatrics on 15th of April and still no update and my classes starts from 27th of may
Am I too late to apply??
Or chances off refusal are more??
