What details? Do you have a job offer and your employer has a LMIA proving no Canadian or PR can do the job only you? Do you have ECA for your education and IELTS for language? If so apply for a closed work permit.
Work permits aren’t guaranteed even if you have an LMIA. If you apply from Canada it will take around 6 months to get processed if the employer already has an LMIA. You won’t be able to work during that period of time. Paying for a job is a criminal offence and so is offering a job in exchange for payment. It happens but many people do not report the agents and business owners who are taking advantage of people. If people would report more people it would stop.
