My parents applied for their Super Visa in May 2022. They were TRV holders before and their TRV recently expired.
It's been way longer than the standard processing times and there has been no updates to the application. The application does say that no medical exams, additional documents, interview or fingerprints won't be needed.
They tried contacting IRCC using the form, but they just replied back with a generic help message. I couldn't find a IRCC contact number anymore.
What should be my next steps? Any help here would be appreciated. Or if there is other people in the same spot, just a reassurance would be nice.
