May 2021 non essential travel

Hi guys i have applied visitor visa from dubai on may 2021 and until now there was no response even though i have sent web forum msg many times but never got response can someone advise me what should i do ? Should i wait for the same application or shall i apply new application on IRCC portal ( non essential travel)

ircc has advised to reapply, to those who submitted before september 7,2021…recommend that u reapply (will have to submit all current docs and pay fee again)
