yes u can do the attestation from Indian Embassy .. I attested my educational transcripts from Indian embassy in Beijing .. they took 2-3 working days to attest the documents and charged me around 120 rmb ( 1200 rupees ) per page.. .gokilvnair said:

I got my originals attested .. they just put a stamp on the back page stating " SEEN IN EMBASSY' with notarized stamp and signature of the notary.
