MAY 2014 PNP APPLICATIONS TO FEDERAL

Hi All,

I mailed by application on May 13th and CIC received it on May 16th, I haven't received my file number yet.
Anybody submitted around this date, please share there status.

Hi,

Can anybody please tell me how do I check the status of my file, I haven't got my AOR till date, CIC received it on May 16 and today is July 2nd 2014.

My application was delivered on the 19th of May. They charged the application fees on the 18th of June, so far no words on the AOR. I hope everything is OK.

I also had the same questions. I was trying to figure out how to do it and apparently application status can be looked up with the original receipt (payment). I ordered the orignal receipt and am waiting for it.

I am in the same position too, I applied on the 20th May and it was received on the 23rd of May. I guess I will have to wait a few more days for the confirmation and Medical Request to be sent.

@ leed007, this is the only thread exclusively for May 2014 pnp applicants as far as I know. There are some people sharing their experiences in June 2014 batch of pnp applicants.

I sent mine on May 1, 2014 and I am applying in the QSW category. No AOR or Medical request.

I wonder why things are moving really slow for May applicants. Most of the applicants that applied in March and April got their AOR and Med request within a month. it just makes me more and more worried.

Hi, guys, I am in the same boat. I was nominated by BC PNP and sent my application to CIC-Sydney on May 24th. It was actually yesterday (Jul 8th) did my credit card get the application fee charged. I wonder what's the waiting time between application fee got charged to receiving AOR? I do not quite understand why we sent in May need to wait such a long time. What's happening in Sydney?

I paid my fees online and have the receipt number with me but it is no use. Unless they acknowledge receipt, it does not work.

hmm. This sucks. As I was thinking about it last night, it struck me that the people at the CIO-Sydney office might be going on Summer vacation and they don't have enough people to process applications causing this huge delay on our part. It's just a thought but I think it makes sense.
