so mam nung 2010 meron po kau visa galing embassy sa airport po kau na refused so official po na denied ganun po ba kse kng magbabackground check ang embassy hahanapin yng records ng refusal mo nung 2010 kng meron nga

di po, denied nun yung TRV, may nabasa kasi ko dito sa forum, nagtatanong din sya kung makaapekto ba yun, kasi naisagot nya rin no, instead na yes sa background declaration. Mali kame ng naisagot so hindi ko pa alam kung ano dapat gawin, honest mistake naman sya. di ko alam kung wait ko CEM muna magsend ng request o padala ko na revised schedule a/background declaration. sana po nagkaintindihan na tayo hehe. nalito rin ako bigla. sana din dumating na PPR nating mga May batch.

background declaration question 6) d) been refused to refugee, immigrant etc. I answered NO (supposed to be po yes)

it boils down lang po sa "pagkaintindi ko ng refused"

na gets ko na sori e2 po ba yng dapat na singutan nyo na YES sa schedule A background/declaration (benn refused admission to or ordered to leave canada or any other country) medyo complicated nga try mo cguro i email yng concern mo para ma correct mo agad yng mistake wag ka masyado mag worry may paraan nmn

Not necessarily...

I think Ang important Lang nmn Dyan is may evidence na child mo talaga siya (NSo bc), ma-pass niya medical, and if Hindi siya child ng sponsor mo, may consent from the other biological parent na umalis with you if migrating din siya (so Kung child din siya ng sponsor mo mas OK basta nsa NSo BC din siya)...

Ang Medyo mas mahirap/matagal is pag 18 and above na Ang child tpos gusto isama migrate, or late registered Ang BC ng bata (Baka need other evidence of identity), or Hindi makapag medical Kasi Ayaw payagan ng other parent and that other parent is not the sponsor
