How about your application?

And about the date, what should be the reference date?

AOR from NS date? or AOR from Local Visa office after full app is sent?
I sent full app on Sept XX and got AOR in 3 weeks later.....

oh, mines still indicates received by visa office. my application is not so strong for the NOC so probably will get rejected.
i think the reference date in this case would be the date its received at visa office.

From information on trackitt it looks like a small bunch of February and March 2009 applications to CIO Sydney have begun moving. They would have variously been sent to Buffalo for further processing by about May 2009 or so. This definitely generates optimism about the general speed in Buffalo after the really demoralizing pace in 2009.

When did you get your AOR from Buffalo?

My NOCs are 0611, 0213, 2171, 8222. Total 5.5 years of experience.

I also have Master's degree and my sister is a candian resident. So my total points are in the upper 70s

AOR date is 8th June 2009
Status changes to "In process" today

Are you sure about me getting medical test request next? I have been browsing thisportal and have so many conflicting responses and comments.

well its medical request, more documentation or reject. If your points and elligibility is good, and you have given all documents, then its all the way to medical request.
