As the title suggests, I'm looking for some advice surrounding foreign (UK) work experience for two previous jobs, both under the same NOC (2174):
Role 1 = 3 yrs and 11 months (continuous employment)
Role 2 = 11 months
Role 1 on its own exceeds 3+ yrs work experience and when combined with the other 'Skill Transfer' factors, gives me the max 100 points. Also, my overall CRS score doesn't increase when both roles are included in work history.
My question is, would excluding Role 2 from work history (to avoid this reference letter) and entering only in personal history, likely raise any red flags due to similar titles and NOCs?
