Masters or PG diploma

Hello Everyone
I don't have much working experience to increase my CRS
Should I go for masters in Canada or PG diploma from Canada...
I have done Electrical engineering and how much I will get the work permit after diploma...
What's the best possible ways in terms of increasing CRS...

H, Did you find any thing ? I am also keen to go for 1 year diploma on campus from Canada to increase my CRS score and increase probability to get job offer. My score is less than 400. I am not sure PG 1 year diploma will increase points as currently I have 16 years education as per WES.

Secondly, how much time span will get to work legally after diploma ?

Hi did you got anything on this?
I have different background (Science-Physics) but working as IT professional from last 2 years.
Want to do further studies to align with my career path.
Current CRS 450

Not sure if would get admission in Masters right away in canada, so is PG diploma good option?
