Masters of Law Graduate applying as Student for UG Diploma

Hi There!

I am already through with my Masters of Law Degree from Ireland. I am planning to apply for paralegal diploma courses in Canada.

I have been advised by my education consultant to not to go for Undergraduate Diploma as the same can be an issue for the Student Visa.

Does that make a difference as the area of study is the same?

Please advise.

Getting admitted into any Canadian school isn't the bigger issue but it will eventually be a red flag to your study permit application, though could be also feasible based on an intuitive reasons pointed to the VO and most importantly, your LUCK
