Masters in UBC or SFU

Hey guys just wanted to know that what are my chances to get admitted to UBC or SFU for masters in computer science (MASc/MEngg) MASc preferred JAN 2017 intake.

SSC 84%
HSC 85%
B.E (Computer Science)
Agg66% Final year 73%
2 yrs work experience as software developer on Oracle.
GRE & IELTS will be giving soon.
Done a couple of academic projects.

Though your profile is good, you might want to take a look at the graduate degree minimum requirements for these universities as well as departmental requirements.
Admission is a complex process depends on :
GRE score (UBC only). (Competitive is above 155 for verbal and 162 for quantitative).
IELTS (Minimum only).
Statement of Purpose.
References. (Professor with international publication must be able to endorse your academic work).
Your communication with professor. (You must read all research that interest you and be clear of what your really want)
Any support from your company would be a plus point.
Check these aspects and you can know yourself.
