Hi I wish to do masters in education from university of toronto. My qualification is BBA from Indian university which is equivalent to 4 year graduation in canada.
I have 4 years of teaching experience.
Am I eligible for the program

Is there a possibility of rejection of candidature on the basis of score in graduation. I had scored 60% in grads.

Unfortunately that is probably too low. Admission to OISE teacher's college is likely minimum high 70s but probably closer to 80s.
 
Could u please suggest me some universities where I can apply for the course with 60% score. And which can fetch me a job
 
Think all teacher's college (masters) will require in the high 70s at a minimum. In general you will need those kind of marks for any masters program in Canada.

I have another doubt if you could please help me.
I have my PR file in the pool already. My score is 410. Is it advisable to simultaneously try for student visa? Are there chances of being rejected as file for PR is already in line.
 
If you have already entered the pool CIC already knows you want to immigrate so any harm has already been done. You should look at PNP because 410 will not be a high enough score.
