I have recently completed my Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science with 70% from India. I am planning to apply into these universities for winter 2016 intake :-

1. Carleton University (Masters in Computer Science - Coursework)
2. University of Victoria (Masters in Computer Science - Coursework)
3. University of Windsor (Master of Applied Computing)
4. NYIT Vancouver (Masters in Information Network and Computer Security)

Please help me decide which university is better and chances for admission are good. I have not shortlisted UofRegina or UofSaskatechewan because getting IT job in those provinces is pretty difficult. I want to go either with Ontario or BC as BC and Ontario are offering PNP without job offer for post graduate candidates.

If you’re looking to attend a school where the students love their programming, and where the students have a strong sense of community, I think you would benefit from going to UVic (University of Victoria). Other things to expect is the excellent program, research projects, manageable cost of living in Victoria, IT/Tech jobs, beauty of BC and diversity, just to mention but a few.

As you enjoy your schooling adventures, you might want to participate in the Windward Code of Wars International competition.

Good luck on your choices.

Cheers!
