Masters in Canada

Hi ,
I have done B.tech (computer science) From a university in India.
Please tell me any university from which i can do my masters without giving the GRE in Canada Esp near Toronto or Winnipeg.

My details are :
B.tech Computer Science :69.16% (in 2008)
Work exp :16 months in IT sector as software engineer(Accenture)
Working in Indian Government since 2010 till date.

Do tell me about my chances to get a student visa ?

Hi Guys,

I also have the same problem of year gaps. I passed 12th in 2002 and started engineering in 2003. I had a year gap of one year after 12th and 2 years during engineering. I have completed engineering in year 2009 and after that i started working. I am working from last 4 years approx. I want to apply for masters in Canada?

10th : 73.2%
12th: 61%
BE: 61%
Work experience: 3.9 years in IT
GAP in education: 3 years.

Do i have some chance in getting admission to universities and student visa? Please assist!
