Masters course with 6.5 ielts

I have applied Memorial University of Newfoundland for MSc in Neuroscience for Fall, 2014.
My educational background

Masters in Public Health- 3.98/4
MBBS- 74.51%
IELTS-6.5 (L-7.0, R-6.0, W-5.5, S-6.5)

Can anyone please let me what is my possibilities to get admission?

Your chances are probably very low. You should have a minimum of 6.5 in each IELTS cateogry if you want to apply to a Master's program. You have two categories that are below this level.

Even though your overall score is "6.5" - that 5.5 you got on writing will be dangerous in my opinion. the 6 "might" be ok if that's your lowest score and if you only have one of them. but like Scylla said, the requirement says all 4 categories should be at least a "6.5" having 2 that's below it as well has having the "5" would make this a hard case to pass.

Doesn't matter what your educational background is - if you don't pass the minimum English requirements, you won't get accepted

You need to score a "6.5" in all four categories (Writing, Reading, Listening, and Speaking)
