Hello I have 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering. I want to pursue Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Canada.

SSC : 78.40%
HSC: 77.33%
BE(Electronics & Telecomm): 69%

1. Can I apply to this?
2. Which are the best universities for me?
3. IELTS is mandatory or TOEFL is also accepted?
