Neither Tofel nor IELTS is criterion for selection in Canadian universities, rather faculty give a damn to this. IELTS/TOFEL/GRE are just prerequisite for application not deciding factors for admission.string11 said:

The competition is so tough here because the students from all backgrounds apply here. Even if one is PR or Canadian Citizen he /she has to compete with students from throughout the world which makes it tough because faculty wants to choose the BEST AMONG ALL. There are only few seats available in some universities which are only reserved for PR/Citizen.
So just improve your CV more n more, n u will achieve your's goal without any hurdle.
