Master Evaluation of Master of Commerce degree

Hello Mentors/Friend,

I want to evaluate the Master of Commerce (M.Com.) degree as a master equivalent for Canada PR process. And also I know WES gives Bachelor + One-year diploma evaluation for M.Com.
So, what are the suggestions for other bodies for ECA?
IQAS/ICES ?.

It would be helpful to me.
