Need more info in regards with Documentaion proof of an Applicant Martial Status if Divorced or Seprated while applying for any Canadian Immigration Category. If the applicant is only Seperated from his/ her Spouse, what Documentation would be required if there is no evedence to support this kind of an Applicant Martial Status. Need geniune advice. Thanks.

I applied as separated. there is nothing in my country as legal separation. Here we are either married or divorced. So I send my documents and explained it in explanation letter that my husband and I are separated and I'm getting a divorce and the process may take up to 6 months here. This was the only thing that I could do until I get my divorce papers.habshareef said:
