I got married in 8 December 2016. I got my PPR request on 1 May 2016. My lawyer send my spouse updation on 10 May 2017 in high commission of canada in India and I submit my passport on 17 May 2017 in general consulate Sydney in Australia because right now I am with my husband in newzealand on work visa (because my husband is residence in newzealand).
Now problem is that I got my passport back on 20 July from Sydney with sticker in passport and landing documents but on my landing documents martial status showing single.i talk with my lawyer about my martial status in landing document my lawyer said that you can fly with these documents but as per cic we don't use these landing documents if martial status showing single but if you already married. So again I discussed these thing with my lawyer . So now again my lawyer sending spouse updation but he ask me to come back to India and he send spouse updation with my passport and landing document to high commission of canada in India.
So, question is that if I got my passport stamping and COPR from Australia may I have to return my passport and COPR to Australia or I have to go back to India as my lawyer saying.we have to send spouse updation and passport and COPR to same office or I can send my landing document and passport to Sydney Australia and my lawyer send spouse updation to high commission of canada in India
