Marrying in Philippines, please help!!!

I am planning on getting married in Manila of September of this year. Could someone please provide information on documents that I need from Canada here and do they need to be notarized? Also I have read that you can ask for an express or rush on the marriage license, is this true? And I also read that there are seminars to be taken before the marriage license will be issued, is this also true?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is a very stressful issue to find the correct way in doing this!

I think the docs needed is legal capacity and your birth certificate if u r planning for civil wedding..but if in the church wedding you must have your baptismal certificate and confirmation certificate..its up to you if what date do u want.and yes there is a seminar.
