Marrigae certificate in BC

Hi,

doee anyone know how long does it take to get marriage certififcate in BC?

I have been waiting mine for a month already, but still nothing in my mailbox,

my marriage commisionser said it takes 2 to 3 weeks,

mine is already over a month, should I phone vital statistic? or it's normal to take that long?

We are in Vancouver island and the certificate took exactly 2 weeks to arrive. The commissioner told us that we could go and pick it up at the VSA in Victoria too if we were in a rush. I believe the official website says certificate requests are handled within 5-7 days?
