Married name on marriage certificate

Hi,

I have a question, my wife has her maiden name in all of her documents except for our marriage certificate, we are about to send the documents for spousal sponsorship under family class, we have prepared notarized affidavit Explaining that marriage certificate has her married name and they both are the same person, my question is that is it enough to explain different name on marriage certificate than other document or do I have to also add other name in form IMM0008?

I'm not sure if this will help you, but I sort of ran into this... My passport and birth certificate are in my maiden name, while all my other documents are in my married last name. My lawyer recommended that I fill out my maiden name as my last name, but then to put my married last name as one of my other names in the form. We submitted our application last year and they haven't given us any grief over this, so I think listing both your married and maiden names in the form is a good idea?
