Hi there,
I met my husband (Canadian) at work and then we had the common-law relationship for about a year. After that we got married and now he is sponsoring me to immigrate through family sponsorship.
My questions is, to address the question "Have you previously been married or in a common-law relationship?" in from IMM1344, do I select "YES" and put my his information in there since he and I had common-law? Or do I simply select "NO"?
Thank you very much. :D

Hi

That's referring to previous relationships with a different partner, not your current one.
