Married, Legally Separated, almost divorced, 2 questions

My physically abusive wife and I legally separated in January 2017 and our divorce proceedings are still going on.

I want to move to Canada and start over. I got accepted in the express entry program with the right amount of points to complete and submit my application.

1.
Context
I am stuck at one of the pages, under Personal Details-> Marital Status it knows I am legally separated, but then it asks if I have been married before as you can see here-

Question
Is it asking about another relationship or if it asking about the current Legally Separated relationship?
The Confusion
If I say Yes I was married, it assumes that I already got a divorce and as you can see in the picture, it asks me for a marriage end date. But the divorce is not completed yet, so what date should I put there then?

Context
Within the same page (Personal Details), Under Family, it asks me to put all my family members including spouse. ("any parent, any spouse or common-law partner, any child including adult children, and any brothers or sisters.")
Question
Since I am legally separated, should I still add my spouse in this list of Family?

if your ita or medical or ielts or police certificate are about to expire and u think that u won’t be able to get divorce in time then mentioned legally separated and fill in the information about your wife and children with her (if u have any). Once all of sections of your application are completed u will click continue and system takes u to the document checklist section where u will see it’s also asking for legal separation proof. Submit your eapr and when divorced inform IRCC: they will later ask u to submit your divorce certificate as well
