I got married after intial approval from Central Intake Office in Sydney, NS.Now i am sending whole my document , So where should i make
payment of the the fees for my wife in CIO IN SYDNEY,NS or should i send application fee for my wife with document in Buffalo?

Hi soop,
I think you will have to inform buffalo of the change in your family composition and send the fees there. Sydney only does the initial app analysis; the Buffalo office works on it, so, if any changes in work/job/family take place, you need to notify them and pay extra fees for your spouse.

No need to send her particulars to CIO , send her details of education, background, address, photographs, 550 cad, marriage certificate to local visa office
