please guide me ether marriage certificate is required to submit in English or it can be submitted in urdu for fswp?
from where i will get its translation?

It needs to be submitted in English As well. You'll have to translate your Nikah Nama in English, Notarize it, and the copy of your nikah nama, as well notarized before sending to FSWP.

Use this service: http://www.translation.pk/ they'll take scan copies from you and will send you the original copy via TCS.

simply go to NADRA with your Original Urdu Nikhanama they will issue you NADRA nikanama which is in English .......it take 2 or 3 days ........then no need to translation and no need to sent Urdu Nikhanama
