I am a Canadian woman sponsoring my spouse who lives in Lebanon. We got married by civil marriage in December 2016. We are now working on the application. It is taking REALLY long to get a marriage certificate from Lebanon. We need this certificate or can we use the marriage certificate they gave us in Cyprus when we got married? Should I get a marriage certificate from canada? im confused.
