Marriage Certificate required for OWP?

Hi all I'm completing my wif's OWP, along with inland PR application.

in the document check list for the OWP, there is a checkbox for Marriage Certificate if Appicable.

is this required for our OWP?

I ask because we already submitted one with the PR.

Hello....in my case I followed what is in the checklist....there would be no harm attaching another copy and whatever there is that applies on your case

I have a Copy. wihch is translated and certified, for the PR, it states any document not in English, you need the Original Certified Copy, Original Translated Copy IE: No Photocopies.

For the OWP can I just Photocopy? I cant find anything about translated Documents for this Application.

I just called CIC, the one Guy said I need to submit original translated document for the OWP. But I only have 1 (which will go to the PR Aplication).

anyone have experience with this? if I send the photo copy of the translated marriage Certificate. are they going to reject the application?

EDIT: from the Doc-Checklist of IMM5556E - All documents in a language other than English or French must be translated. Provide both a photocopy of the document and the translation in English or French.

So only photocopy right?

Yes I just read at the Top of the Checklist Doc about this. Called to make sure. seems a Photocopy will do the Job.
