hi Friends,

I m confused, please guide me from this situation.

I got my Canadian PR in June and I m ready to go to Canada. the big question here is that I am not married, I got my PR on single status only, I m ready to marry a girl now.

But which is the best way so that my PR will not have a problem.

Option 1: is that better to go to Canada first and get the PR Card and other things to work out and then come back and marry and then go back to Canada, and apply for visa for my wife from Canada.

Option 2: shall I marry first and apply for the visa for my wife from here and then go after getting the visa.

please guide me.

Option 1: You should be aware that there is no guarantee your wife will get a visitor visa. In fact, chances are it will be refused. If you pick this option you should be prepared to spend time away from your wife (possibly quite a bit of time) while her application is being processed.

Option 2: This is your best option if you want to remain together. If you pick this option, make sure you don't land on the visa you have now. You will have to return the visa you have now back to the VO along with the paperwork to sponsor your new wife. Once CIC has approved your wife, they will issued a new visa for both of you.
