No, it cannot be annulled. Marriages of convenience or those for immigration fraud cannot be annulled by the court unless you can prove that your wife was still married to someone else when she married you (for example). Divorce is possibly the only option you have

Religious annulment might be possible depending on how you married, but an annulment in the court is most likely not possible

Why did you ask?..because if after visa expired then person gets married it would definately raise a enormous red flag with immigration.. or did person lie and other person found out the visa expired after the marriage..anyways i think you can
