hi,
i applied under FSW category and it has been about 8 months since my documents are sent to visa office and my status is pending now.
i want to know when is the best time for me to arrange my marriage?
I have some options:
1- if I marry before medical, I can send my wife's docs and add her to my case
2- if it will be after medical letter, what happens?
3- if I marry after getting visa and before entering canada what will happen?
4- if I should marry with her after entering canada, how much time should be passed before i can go back to my country and marry and go back to canada and sponsor her? and how much it takes to grant her visa?

You can add your wife to your application at any time your application is in process - the earlier you do it the better as her part can be processed at the same time yours is, meaning no un-necessary delays.

If you marry after getting the visa but before entering Canada you will need to contact CIC and inform them and have her added to your application, which will cause a delay.

If you marry her after entering Canada and you have lived together at any time (for a period of 12 months) then she would be deemed inadmissible as she would not qualify for family class status due to you not including her on your application.

If you have not lived together at any time you can apply for her once you have PR.

I would ensure that she has been mentioned "somewhere" on the forms, or in a letter stating that you are engaged but not married or living common law. If CIC suspect that you have lived in a common-law situation then they will deem her inadmissible.

Far easier to get married before your Visa is issued and save yourself both time and hassle!

And if your married in Canada why do you think you need to go back home to marry her again?
And it states that at any point your status changes you must notify them. And if you are living common law then you should have mention that before you put in your app. What did you put on your app (single)were you single?it makes a big difference.

You have to tell CIC and the visa office right away. When you land, you have to tell the immigration officer that you are married, even if he doesn't ask. If you don't, your wife will be inadmissable, you will never be able to sponsor her, and you will lose on appeal.

This is the worst time to marry.
Get married while they are still processing your application and have her added to your forms, or get married after you have landed in Canada.

Just to reiterate the previous poster's point - if you have lived together for a year, you are considered common law, in which case tell the visa office right away and get her added to your application.

I have to go back to my home country because she is there. she isn't living in Canada.
