I am asking this question on behalf of a friend, please advise.
She lives in Dubai and has 3 years multiple Canadian visit Visa. When she applied for the visa along with her parents she was single. She got the visa and after sometime she got married in Dubai. Now almost after 1 year of her marriage she is planning to visit Canada. The question is:
- Should she go to Canadian Embassy Abu Dhabi and let them know bout her maritial status so that they can update their system ?
-Will they ask her why she did not inform them before ( but she is planning to travel now and not before that's why she has come to inform now) ?
-Should she just travel to Canada without informing anyone but that might be considered as misleading and can cause trouble in future ?
Please advise, she is really confused.
